Omni Rapid Prototyping shop floor
Our Story

25 Years of Building the Hard Stuff.

Omni Rapid Prototyping was founded by engineers, for engineers. We've spent over two decades turning complex ideas into precision-built parts — fast.

Who We Are

Built from the Shop Floor Up

Omni Rapid Prototyping started in Saskatoon five years ago with a single CNC mill and a commitment to doing the work that other shops turned away. Since then, we've grown into a full-service prototyping and low-volume manufacturing partner trusted by clients in agriculture, mining, and oil & gas across Western Canada and beyond.

Our founder brings over 10 years of experience with Sandvik Coromant, working directly with industry to solve complex machining and manufacturing challenges. That background means we don't just make parts — we understand the engineering problems behind them, and we help clients optimize designs for cost, lead time, and performance before a single chip is cut.

How We Work

Our Principles

Precision First

We hold tolerances others won't quote. Every part leaves our shop inspected and documented.

Speed Without Compromise

48-hour turnarounds are standard. We've built our workflows around your deadlines, not ours.

Engineering Partnership

We review every job for DFM issues before we start. Your success is our reputation.

Full Transparency

Clear quotes, honest lead times, and direct communication — no surprises.
